COINING
Precision moulds for perfect results. Precision moulds reduce production costs and improve the quality of the finished product.
PLATE MILLING
Plate milling is a valid alternative when coining is not feasible. Either because the batch is very small or it calls for complex processes.
LASER CUTTING AND ENGRAVING
With latest-generation laser technology, we are able to apply many different types of engraving and cutting techniques to a wide range of different materials.
PUNCHES AND THERMOFORMING MOULDS
D.F. makes equipment for cutting and thermoforming acetate temples and temple tips tailored to its customers’ requirements.
