The two awards received at Filiera Produzione Occhiali’s tenth event, honouring over 30 years in the business and naming us Best Production Chain Supplier, go to the whole team.
On 9 June we were invited to the stunning CastelBrando castle to take part in the tenth event of Filiera Produzione Occhiali, the group which actively works to assist companies in the eyewear sector. The event was created and organised by Giovanni Susti, owner of Eidos Communication, and brought together the main players of the eyewear production chain because everyone is instrumental in the success of the sector.
Working together to grow
«The event brought together everyone in production and distribution, opticians, agents, lens and frame manufacturers, production chain suppliers, professionals, consultants, communication and marketing experts» explained Giovanni Susti, «we all came together to get to know each other better, innovate and discuss how to face the challenges that await us over the next few years. We believe in a single supply chain, where production, distribution and retail work in synergy to grow together. All our activities, from this tenth event onwards, will follow this philosophy.»
More than 150 people, representing some of the biggest names in the industry in Italy, attended the event, taking part in round tables which explored today’s most relevant issues for the sector: innovation, tradition and, primarily, the importance of a customer-centred approach.

Two important awards celebrating the past and the present
Our company was amongst those who were awarded prizes at the event, receiving two important acknowledgements: one honouring over 30 years in the business and the award for Best Supplier in the Italian Production Chain.
